Martin uses a combination of acupuncture and massage on most of his clients or just massage by itself if acupuncture is not your thing. He will give you good advice on how you can help yourself to get over your health problems and prevent new ones appearing.
In February this year Martin published “Self Massage & 40+ Fitness” as a part of his commitment to putting you in the drivers seat with your own health and fitness needs, you might be surprised with just how much you can help yourself with precious little effort or expense. He has worked hard to help his clients help themselves for complete health care.
